I picked this book up in the airport before flying off on holiday.
The journey to Amsterdam passed very quickly as I soon became engrossed in the short chapters with their punchy headings.
The strong feature of the book is that it can be read at at many levels and for all ages. Seasoned readers of self help books are catered for in a fresh way and those new to the idea are carefully encouraged through affirming language. The book covers the full range of issues from every day life which are dealt with in an inspirational way. Michael Heppell's view of life through his writing is positive in the extreme and this become infectious as the pages flip over! I have since bought to more copies of the book through Amazon for my family and have recommeded it endlessly, as it motivates and inspires us to be willing to change the way we think, offering a brilliant supply of practial suggestions.

I love audio books and listen to them as i drive to work or walk. Yes this book is good clear common sense advice and if you have been half awake you would of heard some of it before. But put and packaged in a delightful way that only michael can do makes you think ahhh thats how it happends.
Make the link yourself perhaps if you listen with your partner you will laugh and smile all day as i did

I am normal 30 yr old with average intelligence and achievements. This book is for children or people of similar intelligence. Chris Evans' endorsement is why I bought the book and the only thing I learned from it was not to trust Chris's taste. Dont waste your time and money on this unless you were born yesterday in which case you might like it.
