Excelllent book, has helped me loads, if you are starting out growing your own Vegetables, then this book starts from the basics and takes you all the way through the growing year to help you produce some wonderful vegetables and as the name suggests it guides you through month by month on what to sow or plant out and what to harvest and enjoy.

As a very keen gardener how is virtually self sufficient in terms of vegetable production I found this book an excellent and easy read which has both given and also confirmed some accepted practises which didnt, until reading the book, make sense but did work.
I would recommend this book to any one even if they have been gardening for years
