City Of Glass August 23, 2010 Ms. J. K. Price (Caerphilly) 0 out of 1 found this review helpful
This has to be one of the best books in the trilogy. With the first and second books I found that they pretty much discribe what would happen, then you had to read how it does, wich isnt very exciting or suprising. I loved the books but with The City Of Glass the twists, turns and suprises are amazing! and well worth the read.

WOW!! Again I have managed to find another book to fall in love with. Well, more like a character! Jace is amazing but I like the others too. What a great read!

Well I just wanted to say how amazing I thought this latest book was! I've read all three recently and have not been able to put them down, reminds me of when I was reading twilight in that all I could I think about was how much I wanted to be reading the books when I wasn't!
I love that the story is set in a modern world and still manages to believably bring in demons, downworlders and shadowhunters! Amazing!
I would recommend it to all my friends especially if you like the fantasy type genre it shouldn't let you down!
Hope you enjoy it as much as I did! I'm counting down the days until the 4th book :)
great ending to the trilogy April 26, 2010 lizzypoos (UK) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
I finally got the ending that I wanted! City of Ashes was a bit hard going at times but City of Glass was exciting from beginning to end. Read this trilogy if you like Twilight, Anne Rice etc. You don't have to be a teenager to appreciate them either! Just a fan of vampires and a good love story.

This is the third installment in the Mortal Instruments Series and it's incredible. I recommend these books to anyone with a good sense of humor and enjoys fantasy and action with a little romance as well. Very well written with distinguishable characters and healthy twists throughout. Definitely start with City of Bones (Mortal Instruments) as it's the first book. My 11 year old brother loved this as did my nearly 50 year old father, so I thoroughly recommend it to anyone.
