Product Description At the bottom of the sea, in the wreck of a floating radio station, a lost recording has been discovered. After careful restoration, it is played for the first time - to reveal something incredible. It is the voice of the Doctor, broadcasting from Radio Bravo in 1966.

Dead Air August 26, 2010 Ms. B. J. JENKINS (Nottingham, England) I think this audio-book has to be one of the best I have listened to. The story is gripping and the twist at the end really put the cherry on the cake. However it is quite a short story and this makes it seem a bit rushed. But overall, a great listen. :)
Brilliant! August 21, 2010 T. McConnell (Ontario, Canada) As usual, Tennant is brilliant in his voice interpretation of the various characters in this well-written, nicely paced story. He's so good, even with a woman's voice, that my hubby waited at the end to hear who had done the 'other' voices, forgetting it was all Mr Tennant! lol Let's hope David finds the time to do more.
Interesting August 6, 2010 Trüffelschwein (425) A radio station sends a recording the doctor made about one of his adventures on a boat.
Won't tell too much. Won't spoil the surprise. Never had thought about this ending, but it was worth to hear it again and again.
My advise: if you're a fan of the audio stories of Doctor Who: buy it!
doctor who dead air July 28, 2010 Janet M. Thorpe enjoyed it another alternate ending on this one he didn't say "I don't want to go"
Vocal dexterity engaging July 12, 2010 Tavia The ultra talented Tennant does almost all the voices very convincingly in this clever, engaging and slightly sad story. However, he sounds like he has a cold when doing the Doctor's voice. And frankly that's only a minor quibble with a story that does what Doctor Who does best: take the listener back to another time and create genuine empathy for the characters caught up by chance in alien cruelties.
