Product Description Vampires have solid footing at the top of the totem and Slayers have been crushed to the bottom - in short, no one likes Buffy anymore. Buffy must find a way to keep her girls alive long enough to do it. Enter Oz, the only person/werewolf Buffy knows who is down with the suppression of magic, and can take the Slayer army off of Twilight's radar.

| Customer Reviews: Picking up slightly July 31, 2010 Christian (UK) This book deals with the fallout of the previous one, whilst not exploring some of the themes developed deeply. The big bad has still not been revealed though its power and influence has been at a peak.
The series does need a good finish now though to try and build on the better themes
Series is faltering April 29, 2010 Mr. N. Shaikh 3 out of 4 found this review helpful
The Slayers are under siege. Twilight has demons and the US military hot on their heels, and they are forced to retreat and go undercover , by learning to suppress their demon magic-derived powers. Unfortunately this leaves them highly vulnerable to an attack.
The entire decision made no sense, since it was obvious that the Slayers would be sitting ducks. Maybe Buffy is just getting desperate? Plus the whole "Buffy killed Willow in the future" was just swept under the carpet, and the new Dawn-Xander plot was weird and forced. Not sure I buy into Xander being so good at all the military stuff, they did say in the series that his soldier skills were fading away.
The whole mystery about who Twilight is is also starting to wear a bit thin. Hopefully the next trade will reveal it otherwise I might get bored and fall off this series.
Very good Graphic Novel sequel to hit cult series April 8, 2010 Mr. T. Walters (London) 0 out of 2 found this review helpful
Very good graphic novel sequel to a hit cult series. What's to elaborate? Not quite top notch. But the characters are spot on. . .
What has happened? April 6, 2010 Derrick O'Rourke (Dublin, Ireland) 2 out of 3 found this review helpful
This series started off ok but this volume is an absolute mess. A Buffy-Xander-Dawn love triangle - WTH?!! That's a load of rubbish that I don't want to read. Willow still complaining about not being able to control her magic. Come up with something original. Slayers using guns. Faith & Giles turned into minor characters after some development in previous issues and Andrew being more annoying than ever. The return of Oz is a bit hamfisted & cheesey. The appearance of ancient goddesses is awful stuff. This book was one big mess from start to finish. Absolute rubbish and very close to making me leave the Buffy books.
