How many of these reviews are by men? Let me tell you something; this is a book every man should read and try to realise something in the doing so. It contains perhaps some of the most uplifting poetry I have read in many years. Read it!

Maya Angelou is the greatest poet of our time March 22, 1999 1 out of 1 found this review helpful
If every woman believed this and lived this Phenomenal Woman, what a powerful force we would be.
She inspires you to be who you are and be proud of yourself. December 24, 1998 Wheather your black or not she says exactly what you should think about yourself. And it makes you think of all your good points and makes you belive that you don't have to be a super model in order for you to be liked or respected by others. She has a power with words that I could only think about that I could never put in words.
