Seriously...one of the best books I have ever read! August 25, 2008

Recommended this by my mother (see other review) after we both loved Julia's Chocolates (also AMAZING). Characters are absolutely superb - so eccentric and loveable - this is an absolute must-read. Pllllleeease read this - it's so, so funny. You'll fall in love with it straight away. I'm even thinking about starting a reading group because of it! It would take a lot to out-do my top 5 books but this one is a serious contender.

A brilliant follow up to Julia's Chocolates, a feisty heroine, lots of fabulous characters, love, romance, humour, booze, food and the funniest courtroom drama I have ever read. If you read nothing else this year, PLEASE read this book.
