Anyone who knows the series knows that these books aren't really for dummies,they're for people who want a wide range of answers, clearly and simply presented, but with a thoroughness that will satisfy even people with a good knowledge of the topic.
An essential introduction and with a good dose of humour too.

This book, like many of the "Dummies" series, is good for basic info, but that's about it. It helps the complete novice but if you have any knowledge whatsoever of cameras, PC's, Photoshop etc, you'll quickly find this book of little use. I use it as a point of reference every so often, but it's taught me very little.
