Great read worth a purchase.. March 7, 2008 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
Was a great book, like all his other books really rated it. Give it a 5 star because it really works and you will be more confident within a month of reading this.
The cd is a great idea, your mind is like a computer and alot of people out there wont know it but they are creating negative images about theirselves in their subconcious without realising it, the cd will help you get out of this thought process and make you see yourself in a more positive way permanantly.
Believe it can work, follow every exersise in the book and you will see results.

I suffered from depression for a long time, most of the time without knowing it. I bought this book and it has had more of an influence on my life than anything I've ever read, or any thing I've undertaken. It's helped bring me out of depression and ever higher. I just keep reading it over and over again. It's not a chore, you notice the differences most obviously whilst reading and then you notice the effects occuring uncounsiously throughout the following days, weeks and months. Changes habits for good. It gave belief to someone who has lacked belief for the best part of a decade. One of my life ambitions is to one day meet Dr McKenna, shake his hand and give him the thanks I feel I owe him.
actually works February 19, 2008 3 out of 5 found this review helpful
I wasn't sure when I bought the book; I was confident It wouldn't live up to hype, like they say. And it's precisely this point which Paul Mckenna covers. I.e. Its not there were unconfident, the problem is that were confident in the wrong things. Aside from this subtlety, the book is written in a well structured manner and the advice which he offers primarily hinges around body language and in the importance of controlling our thoughts. The great thing about the advice he offers however is that its easy to implement and it makes sense. I am already seeing results.
Kick Start your Year February 3, 2008 6 out of 7 found this review helpful
I have read many personal developement book in the past and had varying degrees of success by applying the principles. My experience is the ideas are usually great, sometimes not pratical and it can be challenging to make the ideas into habit. This book is the best I have read for years and it contains pratical easy to implement strategies which you can quickly committ to. "Commitment is doing the thing you said you would long after the mood you said it in has left you" Best investment I have made in myself. An addition to my Success Library & University Andrew Cameron
